You've been doing instructional rounds for awhile.  Your participants love the process and talking about instruction.  At the same time, you have not achieved the traction you hoped.  This orienting one day session is designed to take your instructional rounds work to the next level by assessing your current practice, exploring your own theories of adult learning, and introducing a root cause analysis to your "next level of work" conversations.
